Updating Your Account Payment Information

Whoops! That card on file expired months ago. How do I add my new card or update my current payment methods?


It is important to ensure that you have an active payment method on file for the renewal of your services. If a renewal fails, your services may be suspended or you may lose a domain. He’s how to update your payment methods.

Accessing your Payment methods

You can update and manage your payment options from your client area.

If you don’t know how to access your client area, you can find out here.

Once you are logged into your Client area, click on Billing in the menu bar at the top if the screen

The top menu bar at the top of the screen, containing Services, Domains, Billing and Support.

Then you want to click on Payment Methods from the drop down menu

The page where you can update and manage your payment methods.

From this page you will be able to:

  • Add a new payment card by clicking on Add New Credit Card
  • View what cards you have added already
  • Set your default payment method
  • Edit existing payment methods
  • Delete the payment method
