Sometimes, after an update on your iOS or macOS device, your emails will suddenly stop working. These updates sometimes occur in the background without any user input.
Correcting Connection Issues
How to correct connection issues depends on what devices you are using. We have guides that should help with most devices.

There is also a possibility that your IP address has been blocked by our server because of too many failed login attempts. An easy way to test this on your mobile devices (ones with Wi-Fi and mobile data) is to try shutting off your Wi-Fi and try connecting using your mobile data. If this works, your Wi-Fi IP address is blocked. Find your IP address and contact support, or submit a ticket.
You can find your IP address by searching for “What is my IP” in your search engine of choice (google, yahoo, bing, etc.). An IP is your network address and is displayed as four octets, separated by decimals (Ex. 172.217.13.99). Each octet is a number between 0 and 255.
