Here is a quick guide on how to manage your domains in your client area.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-dots\" id=\"access\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accessing your domain manager<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>First, you will need to log into your client area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don\u2019t know how to access your client area, you can find out <a href=\"https:\/\/christianwebhost.com\/support\/customer-account-dashboard\/accessing-your-client-area\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"249\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you are logged in, you can access your domain manager by clicking on the Domains block in your client area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"486\" height=\"153\" src=\"https:\/\/christianwebhost.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/ca-blocks-1.png\" alt=\"Links to the main sections of the client area.\" class=\"wp-image-575\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-default\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My Domains<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the domain manager is loaded you will see a list of your domains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"864\" height=\"338\" src=\"https:\/\/christianwebhost.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/ca-domains.png\" alt=\"The list of domains in the Domains section of the client area.\" class=\"wp-image-609\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Clicking on the bar for any domain will take you to the management page for that domain. You can click anywhere on the bar, except the actual domain name, that will take you to the domain&#8217;s web site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To the left of the domain list, you will see the <strong>Actions <\/strong>menu. From here, you can <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/christianwebhost.com\/support\/2021\/10\/27\/domain-renew\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"193\">Renew<\/a><\/strong> your domains, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/christianwebhost.com\/support\/2021\/10\/27\/domain-renew\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"193\">Register a New Domain<\/a> <\/strong>or <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/christianwebhost.com\/support\/2021\/10\/27\/transferring-a-domain\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"191\">Transfer in a Domain<\/a> <\/strong>from a different registrar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the domain list, you will see the current status of your domains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>SSL status (the lock icon)<\/li><li>Expiry date (Next Due)<\/li><li>Auto Renew status<\/li><li>The domain status<\/li><li>A menu icon <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"26\" height=\"16\" class=\"wp-image-610\" style=\"width: 26px;\" src=\"https:\/\/christianwebhost.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/ca-menuicon.png\" alt=\"Menu Icon\"> that will show a quick access drop down menu<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can <a href=\"https:\/\/christianwebhost.com\/support\/products\/ssl-certificates\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"1213\">purchase an SSL<\/a> for your domain if you currently do not have one installed (the red lock icon will show any domains that are not SSL protected). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bulk Actions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you click on the box to the left of any of your domains, you will then see the Bulk Actions menu at the bottom of your screen. See below for more information on these options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is also the Actions menu that will give you shortcuts to <a href=\"https:\/\/christianwebhost.com\/support\/2021\/10\/27\/domain-renew\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"193\">Renew<\/a> a domain, <a href=\"https:\/\/christianwebhost.com\/support\/2021\/10\/25\/purchasing-a-new-domain\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"182\">Register a New Domain<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/christianwebhost.com\/support\/2021\/10\/27\/transferring-a-domain\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"191\">Transfer in a Domain<\/a> from a different registrar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-default\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manage menu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/christianwebhost.com\/support\/2021\/10\/27\/domain-renew\/#domain-renew-autorenew\">Auto renew<\/a> \u2013 set your domain to automatically renew on the due date (this requires an up-to-date payment method)<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/christianwebhost.com\/support\/2021\/10\/26\/updating-nameservers\/\">Nameservers<\/a> \u2013 you can update your domain nameservers here<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/christianwebhost.com\/support\/domains\/domain-addons\/#domain-lock\" data-type=\"post\">Registrar Lock <\/a>\u2013 you can lock your domain to prevent any potential attempts to transfer your domain without your knowledge (this should always be on, unless you are preparing to transfer a domain)<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/christianwebhost.com\/support\/domains\/domain-addons\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"900\">Addons<\/a> \u2013 here you can browse and purchase additional domain services<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/christianwebhost.com\/support\/2021\/10\/25\/domain-contacts\/\">Contact information<\/a> \u2013 update and maintain your domain contact information (it is very important that your contact information is up to date)<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/christianwebhost.com\/support\/2021\/10\/26\/creating-custom-nameservers\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"342\">Private Nameservers <\/a>\u2013 here you can create custom nameservers for your domain<\/li><li>Get EPP Code \u2013 the EPP code is required to <a href=\"https:\/\/christianwebhost.com\/support\/2021\/10\/27\/transferring-a-domain\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"191\">transfer your domain to another registrar<\/a>.
